There are some people who walk in their sleep.
No, I'm not one of them.
I kick, punch and elbow in my sleep. Not hard, just a quick slight twitch.
When I start training harder that's when it gets worse. I would be kicking more and sometimes knocking everything off the bed and I'll end up sleeping sideways and even upside down.
I have to stack pillows around me just to be safe from falling off my bed.
