She thought herself a fashionista At 15 she was told she's a trend setter Signed to an agency who'll show her the world Looks are boney and she was an innocent young girl
Her first photo shoot they cut her hair too short Dyed it blonde then black and back again to match the short skirt Photographer said release some buttons and begin to flirt She said she was unsure and her agent just smirked
She was told if she wanted to be the best She'd need a portfolio that's better than the rest Make up artist said he needs a real test As the lighting man gets payed more but he does less
She was on the back of the school bus When her school friends caused a fuss From the magazine they had they asked if she was payed enough Because her picture had obviously been professionally airbrushed
She was booked for a gig with a band A video shoot where she'd be the lead singers woman But she said she preferred the drummer because he understands The singer said he was the main attraction but she wasn't a big fan
MTV aired it and she became a star Even tho the singer told the press she was a tart The drummer sent an email and confessed he hated being apart But said he liked her right from the start
The band toured America but they kept in touch She started to drink from the pain of her first love And counted down the days till she turned sixteen So she could leave the agency and live out her wild teenage dreams
The band returned after topping the American charts But their return had broken the drummers heart Cos his model girlfriend was found dead in a bath She'd drowned in booze and pills from the pressure of fame and a love that won't last
