You feel depressed and rough
From being in and out of love
Remember we are all made from all the same stuff
When you stumble upon some luck

Remember we all get down for a little while
Build upon that smile and look around
See the beauty and hear natures sounds
Fill your mind with happy memories
Remember we all have to go through these things
Some learn quicker than others

Some are fake pretenders

Some how we all find a type of happiness
The up and downs are life's tests
