The Western Dream Or The Easter Promise?

Curious, furious, curious
curiosity, always following me.
Is it the Western Dream or the Eastern Promise?
I make no promises and rarely dream, these days.
Hope fills an eager mind
Illusions, confusions, we go blind.
Journey on, find yourself, bind yourself
To souls, goals and all that's old
Leave a trail of happiness, destruction, uncertain trusts
Leave something behind to remind us
Were you here and were you real?
Did you fight until
The promised contract was fulfilled
Death brings new life and we journey more
Our souls cannot, will not die
Our bodies are a vessel, a vehicle we try
Re-incarnation is a wonderful thing
Tho we cannot remember we're we've been
The human brain can only handle so much
A caterpillar just gave up
And a butterfly was born.
Seeds change and grow
Nature guides us, nurturing, teaching for eternity
Copulate, fornicate and speculate
Do trees, plants, flowers, have memories, a soul?
how, why do they shed more seeds?
How, why do they know some won't breed?
DNA, bacteria, memories or other?
This life, past life, what's next for me, another?
We are all slaves - who's your master, tell me what your after?
Why not....
Let go of fear, it haunts you
Let go of money, it controls you
Let go of religion, it shadows you, but
Keep hold of your family, they'll guide you
Keep hold of your dreams, they shine you
Be true to you and forget the ones who frown
Find your truths, never forget your youth,
It's what shapes you, it's who you are and where your from.
You'll change and blossom
Into the Western Dream or the Eastern Promise?

Us

Many people feel weak and small, as they are just one in over 7 billion. Many people feel useless because the universe is so much bigger than we are, and we are as if a grain of sand.
