Velvet Verses

Clouds of sighs and longings;
Rainfall of misery.

Lightning of restlessness;
Rumbling thunder of fears.

Stream of solemn dreams;
Mount of complexities.

Birdsong of psalms and hymns;
Beads of the rosaries.

Velvet blooms of verses;
Garland of memories.

Dewdrops of faithfulness;
Green foliage of wishes.

Beams of crystallized tears;
Rainbow of promises.

One gay morn, bound are we --
Together -- endlessly.

Rain

Spilling down the windowsill, Glistening diamonds, falling out of the sky. Silver droplets, pouring out of the goblets of the gods, Shining arrows, Tearing trough the sky.

Rainbow Rain

A million drops fall from the sky. Some glitter green. While others are purple. Or violet in sheen. A drop of crystal blue. May be regretful and sad. Just as a drop of orange.

Catch Me A Moon

Reflect in the water, A wavery moon. Reach out and grab, It ripples all too soon. Shine on my pillow, A sliver of white. Look up for its base, It's gone out of sight. Look in the sky, A rising sun.
