I'd like to think I'm a very good person.
I'd like to think I could easily achieve what I want in life.
I'd like to think that it completely wasn't my fault that my first relationship ended badly.
I'd like to think I handled it well.
I'd like to think the world isn't a cruel place.
I'd like to think I can help win the 4x300 relay race on sports day.
I'd like to think That out there, there is 'the one'.
I'd like to believe that reality TV and soap operas are a phase the human race will outgrow.
I'd like to think that the shot they use of the buffalo escaping the crocodile Is of the same buffalo that was in the earlier shot.
I'd like to think life wasn't complicated.
I'd like to think that the world will sort itself out one day.
I'd like to think that one day, I'll have a hay-fever- free spring.
I'd like to think that I'm prepared for the big bad world out there and the people who live In it.
I'd like to believe that terrible people will one day die out.
I'd like to believe that in the future, all the nations will throw down their pride and their weapons and their money and build a rocket.
I'd like to believe that 'in the interests of science' will not be used incorrectly again.
I'd like to believe that when I find 'the one', I will be 'the one', too.
I'd like to believe that the gig I played at today didn't go too badly.
