No matter how big of my heart, My wishes weren't working with the stars, I never gave up on my faith, Until my love turned to hate,
Why refuse to grant my wishes, Had I been that bad, I believed in being good, To get your wishes granted as they should, But,
No I won't wish upon a star, Believe me, my faith has gone far, So instead I'll drown my sorrows in the local bar, And regret the decisions I've made in the past,
Stars are just for seeing, They carry no magic, Though the tales are deceiving,my friend, I don't believe in that magic,
