"Oh, Kate..." Cameron finally arrived, after an hour. I smiled, flipped my hair and winked. "Did you do it?" I asked excitedly. "Is Roy dead?" "Erm, not exactly," Cameron muttered. I grabbed his shoulders and shook him. I was ready to do that until his eyes popped out. His shiny blonde hair flopped back and forth, and his chiseled jaw was set tight in a straight, angry line. "Kate! Listen to me. Roy said that he promised with all his heart that he would never ever harm you, remember? So what's the point?" "Because I hate him." "Please, Cameron." I reached up to his mused arm and gave it a squeeze. "Do it for me, Cam. Do it because you want to be with me, not because I told you to. I no longer love Roy. Or Lisa." Cam grinned and said, "Alright!" "You're so cute when you smile," I remarked. Cameron reached out and patted my butt. "That's my babes," he said, and ran off. That's when I realized many people were staring. The new gossip: CAMERON AND KATE. THE NEXT BIG ITEM. sh*t.
