Love, An Introvert

I see you in the rain that falls
I see you in the sky
I see you in the trees that sway
And in the birds that fly

I want to have you hold me tight
And tell me it's okay
I want to feel so very loved
In every single way

But sometimes I get lonely
And need to be alone
And when that happens my only hope
Is that my love's still shown

You really mean a lot to me
Although I don't always show it
It's only when you aren't around
I really start to know it

Decider.

I wear the scars, they don't wear me. I set the boundaries, choose what they'll be. I write my lines, they don't fall out. And if I speak, I may just shout. I wear the scars, they don't wear me.

Words: Courage

Courage is what makes us. Courage is what divides us. Courage is what drives us. Courage is what stops us. Courage creates news. Courage demands more. Courage creates blame. Courage brings shame.

Spuds On Your Shoulder

A little help is all I give. No need to be so defensive. Politely say what you need to say. And I will gladly go away. A little chip, as we grow older. May be found upon our shoulder.
