Darkness, has cursed the air,
Darkness, It's everywhere,
No stars to twinkle tonight,
Clouds gang up, and give you a fright,
You run in your room and jump in your bed,
Closing your eyes, forgetting the dark an resting your sleepy head,
When your eyes are closed, darkness reappears,
It haunts the night and takes over your fears,
From that day on, when you slept,
Candle light is there while you rest.
