Inside whom does the Devil dwell? His evil corrupting the soul, His malevolent hand reaching forth, From the bounds of Hell.
And who among us can withstand, His dark and terrible power? For few exist with hearts of gold, And complete purity of mind.
Yet one of us shall stand up, And face this creature of malice, The Evil One will meet his match, As light and dark collide.
Who will be the victor, Only time will tell, But one must hope that the human race, Has but one candle left alight..
