Laying there on the bed, the pillow looks inconspicuous, but secretly he is waiting and biding his time, waiting for his next victim.
In the middle of the night, when you wake up suddenly, panicking, it's because your pillow has just been half swallowing your head, and when realising you are about to open your eyes, pulls away within a split second of capture.
If you don't wake up, it's unknown what the pillow will do, but it's widely thought that it will pull you inside the pillowcase for consumption.
