Dear Lord
Help me walk
The righteous path
And save my soul
From evil wrath
Help me see
The good in You
And carry out
Your good deeds too.
Help me help
The sick and needy
Help me care
For those that need me
Help me carry
This heavy load
Upon this long
And winding Road
Help me make
That sacrifice
To help Mankind
Live their life
To end the wars
And stop the fighting
Show me the light
To do the right thing
And if my life
You must take
A sacrifice
You must make
To end the evil
And hatred deeds
Spread your love
And help mans needs
Show me the path
That I must take
And take my life
For goodness sake.
