If you love eating at chinese buffets, here's one way to enjoy shrimp 'sushi' with tea.

Ingredients:

10-15 pcs raw, ice-chilled shrimps

1 small pitcher of hot tea (a Lipton tea bag or two will do)

5-6 slices of lemon or orange

3-4 tbs of soy sauce

Peel skin off raw shrimp. Fill half of a bowl (the one for the soup will do) or a big cup with hot tea. Put shrimp into the bowl or cup. Squeeze the juice of either lemon or orange slices (or both) into the bowl, then add soy sauce. Mix well, and enjoy!
