As I sit here in my room, Working deep within this moon, I look outside my window's glass, And watch you gently rolling past. Your sparkling seas of azure blue, Your rolling lands and mountains too; I watch them all with glistening eye, As your tiny bits come drifting by.

Goodbye my lovely Alderaan, I'm glad I saw you whilst I can, But Grand Moff Tarkin didn't trust Leia's words, so now you're dust.

Now your seas have turned to steam, Your rolling hills: now just a dream. Your acid rains: no more shall flurry, Your dwindling Ozone - not such a worry.

Goodbye, my lovely Alderaan, From Sector 3, Stormtrooper Dan, Your explosive end came far too soon, Via this Death Star, (not a moon).
