Skyrim trotted along the path, his eyes glinting in the moonlight. Jay scrambled alongside him, his ears flat against his mane. 'Where is she?' Jay whispered, his eyes darting around like a hawk. He raised his eyebrows as Skyrim opened his mouth to speak, and then breathed out, relieved.
'She said that they were meeting us at the old construction site – to discuss what we're going to do,' Skyrim explained. Jay nodded quickly, darting towards the site as soon as it came into view. Skyrim trailed behind, grinning as he spotted Misty and Jut, lurking in the shadows. He nodded to Jay, who then leapt towards them and into the cave, with Skyrim on his tail.
When safely hidden in the cave, Misty ran up to Jay and hugged him tightly. 'I'm glad you made it. No-one followed you?' She asked, looking towards Skyrim.
'Not that I know of,' he said, kissing Jut on the cheek fondly. Jut blushed wildly, her hair flapping in the wind. 'Not long now,' Skyrim smiled.
