Grab some motivational music Get in before you wimp out singing the lyrics at the top of your voice if its still too cold then shout.
Sitting in the tub, ice gathers round your waist, try not to think about it go to your happy place.
After ten minutes comes the bit you dread you now have to submerge yourself right up to your head.
Your legs are red, The water cold you shiver and shake, fed up and shudder uncontrolled.
We'll face Ice and fire for what is dear to our heart someone took the concept too seriously When they Invented the Ice-bath!!
