"I hope, when the time comes, you’ll be able to look back on your life with nothing but laughter and content. I hope you cross everything off that damn list of yours. I hope you walk down the cobbled streets of Paris, I hope you stand on the beaches of Greece, I hope you never stop traveling until that old leather suitcase is so filled with memories that you couldn’t possibly have enough room for all your clothes, I hope you sleep with a dream catcher above your bed.. and I hope that because of it you never have sleepless night. I hope you allow yourself a few “sick” days and you never forget to say thank-you. I hope you find love- for a friend, for a dog, for a husband or a wife, for a passion, and I hope that once you find it, you never go a day without it. I hope you get lost a few times, and I hope when that happens you’ll have the sense to throw the map out the window. I wish for you never to experience heartbreak, but because I am not naive, I hope that you’ll know between the end of a chapter, and the end of your story. I hope you never lose trust, or faith, or the lust of adventure. I hope you run the last, but you never deny yourself that piece of cake.
