Bud was my trusted friend for just over three years. She died from a severe prolapse, which took its painful toll over the last months of her precious life. Bud was a Budgie - hence the name and she was always up for a laugh and a lark.
She never learned to talk, but she sure could wolf whistle.
I buried her, along with her favourite toy and a sprig of millet, in a patch of earth just behind were I lived at the time.
Sentimental?
You better believe it.
She was dearly loved and even now, many years later, my eyes grow misty thinking of her.
Love your pets Opusseers, once they're gone, you will miss them dearly.
