This is a true gentleman's relish of a sandwich. Prepare a plateful ladies and watch his eyes light up.
You will need:
5/6 rashers of bacon (smoked or unsmoked)
Helmans Mayo
Good thick fresh bread.
Method:
Fry the bacon until crispy. Drain off excess fat and allow to cool.
Cut some nice doorsteps from the bread, and butter nicely - licking fingers as you go.
Once bacon has cooled, use a sharp knife and cut into strips.
Mix the bacon and mayo to desired viscosity and spread thickly on the bread.
Wrap and store in fridge.
When he gets home from the pub, let 'im loose on the sarnies.
Watch your love life go through the roof.
