Here we go!
I'm quite proud of that, though I say so myself.
Chapter 4 (continued):
When Millie finally broke away, I leaned in for more, but she stepped backwards. 'no' she said. 'look'. She pointed towards the group of kids who were being put in pairs. They were walking towards us. They hadn't seen what we were doing, not that I cared. But Millie did, so I was a gentleman and stepped back from her. The camp leader cleared his throat. 'Okay, now you are all in your pairs we can get started! First things first, let's get your tents up!'. We followed him to the van we had been standing around earlier. 'In your pairs, grab a pack from the back of the van, and await further instructions from me'. Millie and I rushed towards the van and heaved out one of the huge packs. It took both of us just to carry one of them! I admired her, as she was strong as well as extremely attractive. We carried the large pack over to an empty space near the van. She smiled at me. 'I'm so glad Im in a pair with a nice boy. I mean, look at who some of the other girls are paired up with'. I looked, and saw that there were a few boys who were trying to take the whole pack themselves, just to be. mean to the girls who weren't very strong. 'I love you' I whispered, but so no one could hear except me. She saw my lips moving, but didn't quite catch it. 'What?' she said, with a puzzled expression on her face, which just made her look even cuter. 'you'. I replied.
'So, now we all have our packs, can anyone guess what's inside?' asked the instructor. A few people raised their hands. 'yes?' the instructor said, and pointed at a tall boy with short black hair who looked about 15. 'tents?' he answered. 'correct!' shouted the camp leader. 'these bags contain the tents that will become you and your partners home for a month! It may seen a scary prospect, being on your own for a month with people you have only just met, but have no fear! If this camp is popular, then maybe early next year we'll have another one! And you can keep your partners from this camp. Anyway, let's get some tents up!'
He motioned for us to follow him to a flattened out area of the field. 'get out your tents!' he told us,and I grinned at Millie. We pulled out the tent. 'get out the instructions, and get building!' that was the last thing he told us before he went back to his van for a snooze.
'so.' I said. 'you ever put a tent up before?'. 'nope' she replied. 'neither have I. Now lets get started!'
