These simple words are all for you ,
To see if once you ever knew,
Of all the many thinks that I would do,
For our forbidden love.
I'd always loved you, from the very start,
But never got close to your cold heart,
My dried cracked lips would never part,
In tale of my still hidden love.
To you I was nothing but a ghost,
Less visible to you then most,
I had nothing left in life to boast,
Just prey for your forsaken love.
You always saw but never look,
Never had notice of what you took,
So I claimed a rope and rusty hook,
Still dreaming of our condemning love.
I tied them sturdy up above,
Screaming crying for that love,
The chair beneath away was shoved,
In ode to our still hidden love.
Peace and pain was all I felt,
As my final hand in life was dealt,
And with my tears- the world did melt.
For you, my most forbidden love.
