The Dancer

I dance in a pitch black room,
No one can see me there.
To only sounds, gentle cloth,
Floating in the air.
No one can see my fluent sways,
No one can see me dance
But still I dance to pass the time,
Whenever I have the chance.
I like the air of silence,
Drifting all around,
I like the fact no one knows I'm there,
I can never be found.
So I spend my days dancing,
Forever in my room,
I'm hiding from my demons,
Won't you dance with me too?

Alone In The Mist

A milky haze swallows me. As the mist rolls across the field. I raise my arms, as if to embrace. And to the clouds I yield. The air is cool and bitter. It carries the smell of sea.

Isolation

Isolation. White room. Padded doors. Writings on the wall, drawings of a golden moon. Stories of an forbidden island and it's shores. Barred windows. The voice calling from the blackness.

The Voice.

A silent whisper is uttered, none hear it's as if it were stuttered. It's loud and its clear, the only problem being no one wants to hear.

I Want.

I want to see what I look like through other peoples eyes. I want to see if they can see what lies beneath. I want to see if they can see what I'm hiding.

Separate

Lock the door. Can't take it anymore. I'll sit here alone. And admire the stone. Watch sunshine creep in. Mind drifts, yelling begins. I'm not for it. I'll stay away and never quit. Being Separate..
