Grey

The Cripple seemed old and worn off by time and bad fortune, his eyes, once filled with the eagerness for the mercy of a passer-by, were now blank in accordance with the inevitable.

The Man in White was walking on the street, being drained by what would be the rudiments of his overly stable reality. However this peaceful peregrination was halted by the sight of The Cripple. The Man in White tended to the crummy figure, his mind now being determined, and filled the Cripple's hand with some golden coins. The Cripple was now pleased and saw hope.

The Man in Grey was now approaching the temple entrance. He saw The Priest who was patiently waiting for the man to reach him with both of his hands on a walking stick.
'What brings you here my child ?' calmly enquired The Priest. 'Father, today I acted badly' said The Man in Grey in a regretful tone while observing the temple's interiors. 'How so my child, what is it that you did?' asked The perplexed Priest. ' Today I used another person's despair to satisfy my own being'

Wow that's deep. Brilliantly written (:

@Mohd100 Why, thank you -especially on the writing part- I feel slightly illiterate compared to works of other people here!

@Andreas_ You're too humble. But they do say we are our own worst critique. But from what I've read you've nothing to worry about. Keep writing the good word (:
