It's the sound of raindrops falling,
That makes me want to cry.
Beating away to their little tune,
Water falls from our eyes.
Blackness overtakes my world,
I drown in misery and sorrow.
The sky hates cheerfulness,
For it pours into tomorrow.
Forever I huddle alone,
Rivers flowing away.
Stuck, angry, unforgiving,
I hate each and every day.
With all my might, my anger's unleashed,
Lashing everything in sight.
Sobbing, screaming, scoffing,
Well into the hauting night.
My powerful energy's gone,
My blood-red sockets have run dry.
I hit my pillow, moaning,
While raindrops fall from the empty sky.
