As I walked down the street, I overtook an old man walking very slowly. He had the ability to walk faster, but chose not to. It made me realise something.
While young, we rush everything, trying so hard to grow quickly, that we take for granted little things in life.
As you get older, you slow down. Hoping time will slow down too. That's when we value everything the most, when we know we are close to having it taken away from us.
We need to slow down now. Don't rush life. It's short enough already.
