Today is my last here for a while.
I leave not with a frown, but a smile.
It won't be long till I'm back in your arms.

This day seems to last forever.
But soon I'll be flying over sea and river.

The anticipation is building steadily.

Regrettably our time will be brief,
But without you, I'm consumed by grief.
