Standing in my garden
The rain is coming down
Wow, it is freezing!
But I don't make a sound
The night when he comes for me
Has come amongst us today
Then my family will see
There is truth in what I say
The wind is blowing stronger
He calls out my name
I don't want to wait much longer
But without him I wouldn't be the same
The wind starts to howl now
It's nipping at my nose
I have him in my sights now
And I'm happy he's the one I chose

Her body freezes in place, her eyes locked onto the face of the one in the window.
The moon was full and I could hear the whisper of the wind in the dark unknown world of the night. I checked my watch, 11:59, one minute to midnight. I couldn't sleep.
@Gazplend gave me a challenge. I watched this man, I sat quite far away. It was a nice summer day So I sat and watched. This little old lady, Fed the hungry birds.
Pounding heart. Syringe in my sweaty hand. I close the elevator gate, no turing back now. It starts up with a creak and begins rattling its way down the dim shaft.
The moon shines through my long brown hair, it lies against the wooden boards that make this boat. The moon glistens, highlighting the soft ebb and flow of the otherwise undisturbed waters.
