Green Apple: Part8

"Oh gosh! It stinks in here!" I complained as we walked into Lucas' room. It was his idea for me to hide out in his room and it was huge. I had wanted to stay in the library but apparently that hadn't been a good idea.
Lucas shrugged. "Open a window then" He grinned but opened one instead.
"Do you know how cold it is?" Someone growled from the corner. I couldn't see who it was, they were hidden by blankets.
Lucas rolled his eyes but grinned. "Do you realise who's room this is?"
"Ah good point, Lucas, but please shut the window, I'm cold" He replied.
Lucas shrugged again then shut the window.
"Are you going to introduce me to your roommate then?" I asked, moving closer.
Lucas looked down. "I, um, guess you're going to find out eventually" He sighed then added, "Ella, this is Razi"
"Hi" Razi said then he started to stand. He got bigger and bigger and then the blankets dropped and I screamed. Screaming, I stumbled backwards. He came towards me, taller and greener than I'd ever seen anyone before, but he wasn't an 'anyone' he was a something. A large green something. He was a troll with large moss coloured eyes and a bulging belly.
"Please don't be scared" He cooed, watching me intently. His voice was soft, softer than any troll I had heard of, but I couldn't help but scream again.
"Stop it, Ella, he won't hurt you" Lucas growled at me.
"You have a troll in your bedroom" I shrieked.
Lucas shrugged yet again. "And?" He asked as if everyone had a troll in their room.
"You have a troll in your bedroom" I repeated.
Lucas just watched me with a look on his face like he was expecting me to say more but that was all I had.
"I'm a nice troll really" Razi smiled.
"Not making it any better, Razi" Lucas laughed.
"Ya think?" I shrieked. "He's a troll, Lucas. There is a troll in your room. A man-eating troll"
"Actually, not all of us are man-eating. People just think we are because they've been led to believe that through stories. We are lovely really" Razi replied.
"It's true, I've met his family" Lucas nodded.
"You have?" Razi asked.
Lucas laughed.
I had the feeling they had been friends for a while but it still scared me that a troll was in the same room as me.
"So is she the lady you are going to marry?" Razi said suddenly.
Marry? Lady marring Lucas?
"What?" I glared at Lucas.
