Anna was given her own hut, with just a bed inside.
"Everyone has a hut." Charlie explained. "When a new person is coming the white coats arrive, they put a hut up within five hours then put something in for the person and leave"
"How do they get here?" Anna asked, eager.
Charlie shrugged so Anna growled impatiently.
"How can you not know?" She said, sitting on the bed in her hut. She found it surprisingly comfortable. Charlie was leaning against the doorframe, staring at Anna.
"Is there any chance anyone knows?" She asked.
Looking down at his feet, Charlie nodded. "If anyone would know then it could be Lou. She says she sees everything" He shrugged.
Anna stood, "Where do I find her?"
"You don't, Anna. She finds you but if I were you then I'd stay away from Loopy Lou. She's trouble" He said, seriously.
"Didn't you say that about me once though?" She teased.
"Anna, don't go looking for her. She smells of death, she can't be trusted."
Anna laughed. "You're making this up now"
"No, it's true and is the reason why you need to stay away from her. She'll mess with your head, Anna." He said stepping backwards. He slammed the door before she could stop him.
Each person had a key for their hut, Charlie hadn't given Anna hers, so he locked the door behind him.
"Don't you dare, Charlie. Open this door now" She screamed, banging her fists against the door. Charlie put his hand flat against the door, he hated having to punish her like that.
"I'm doing this for you, Anna. I don't want to lose you again" He said, softly, and she knew it was the truth. She probably would've done the same, although she wouldn't admit it. She just knew that sometimes the truth hurt.
