This is the first poem I remember writing and it is also one of my favourite out of the ones I've written so I want to share it with you all :)
Summer kisses
And winter misses
All the things you used to say
Strawberry swirl and chocolate curl
Spring misses your bright new world
But worst of all
Worst than fall
I miss it all

Metal, acid, ice and fire, Sugar, steel, a churning pyre, Words, across, to the town crier, Lier, lier, die desire.
A million drops fall from the sky. Some glitter green. While others are purple. Or violet in sheen. A drop of crystal blue. May be regretful and sad. Just as a drop of orange.
Hair, bleached, pale Summer, Eyes, a Winter blue, Autumn in your waking scent, And Springtime aura, too.
I want to be,. In a patchwork sea,. Where every shade is different,. All labeled for me,. Cotton softly lapping,. Purple, blue and green,. In patches held together,. Sewn tight at the seams,.
Compose the light Fight back with, not at Love who the stars make u In return,just be Learn moon talk Watch me: here, now, I feel everything. Cherish the hope. Hope dies too.
Yet here the gentle stillness of the night, Brings back the swelling tide of memory.
I've got a primrose in my pocket,. And a head full of dreams,. Yet my heart is full of sorrow,. And it's bursting at the seams,. There's a crystal rose pinned to my chest,. Right above my heart,.
The quiet of an evening. The star dreams of a night. The silent soul that's singing. The heart that glows with light. The silence of a dawn, as it turns from gray to green.
