A Letter From Me To You

I wrote a letter to express my love,
Ill care for you dearly even if I am doing so from above,
I wrote these words in hope you'd never read them,
But what did we expect when I entered this battle field of utter mayhem.

I made a choice,
And now that I'm gone you can rejoice,
For my death was not made in vain,
I done this so you could live you life free from pain.

I understand why you will be angry with me,
I left you alone and afraid-but please hear my plea,
Although I may have been forced to depart,
You'll always have a special place in my heart,
So go and live a full and happy life,
I want nothing but the best for you-my loving wife.

I Miss You, Angel

Tragedy rests on the wind. Carried on cold breath. You're falling into my arms. Mere moments before kissing death. Unspoken, shallow words. Rest lightly on pale lips. Soundlessly falling to the floor.

Heartbeats

It's so wrong, seeing him there. Laying in a bed that isn't his. Breathing air that isn't his. Surrounded by walls that aren't his. Walls of death. Why do they paint the walls in this color.

Last Breath

I hold your tiny life in my hands; an insignificant sparkle of joy. Now left to dwindle in the fading light; those simple dark eyes that used to shine through the night.
