The lack of colour, the absence of light
Devoid of pigment, returns to black
Absorbs all that approaches and soaks up warmth
Feeds on energy of others and gives little back
It doesn't mix well, too strong for most
Polluting the brightest that get in its way
Only pure white stands a chance
To balances the scales and to turn it to grey
