Journal Entry 1: Slenderman.

I don't know where to start. I'm not even sure if I should be talk to anyone about this but I have to get it out of my mind and on to paper so I know... I know I'm not crazy. It all started as a small joke, I had no idea that it would escalate into this or else I would've never done it I would've just went on with my life as if I'd never known. I can't remember much which means he's on to me now but what I do remember I'll tell you. It all started on a summer day, or was it winter?... No it was summer anyway, my friend, Jewel came over to my house for the weekend. In the past Jewel and I had had a falling out due to how she was constantly up her boyfriends rear end. We were watching tv in the living room when she looks at me and asks me the question that changed my life forever. "Have you ever heard of Slenderman?" I just looked at her and laughed. "What?," I asked, still laughing. She looked around as if someone or thing was watching her then looked at me with a nervous smile. "You know, Slenderman," she said. "No I don't know this Slenderman of which you speak," I said. "Oh, ok never mind then," she said. "No tell me. I want to know now!," I exclaimed, my curiosity kicking in. "No!," she said, raising her voice, "You don't want to know." "Alright, fine then," I said, a little annoyed. We spent the rest of the weekend in silence. I happened to notice that every time we were out in the open, she would constantly be looking over her shoulder and she didn't like being alone. I just shook it off and figured she'd tell me when she was ready. Little did I know that her life was at risk and it was no laughing matter.
