Chapter Fifteen
The Devastation
"Dude! Get in!" Gavin said as he pulled Caden inside his house. As he took care of Caden's arm he asked,"Who do this to you?" Caden sighed. "Serena pushed me against the glass next to my door" "Bro this is getting dangerous...very dangerous. I think you know what you should do" Gavin said sadly. Caden gulped and nodded.
The next day,
Walking and thinking,Caden kicked a rock and sighed. He headed to the park and sat down on a bench. "Caden?" someone called. Caden shot his head up. "Caden...I'm...I'm so s-sorry" Serena said as tears shed from her eyes. Caden bit his lips. He felt a tear escaping from his eye. "Serena,I'm sorry but I can't be with you anymore". Serena's lips quivered as her eyes turned red. She clearly mad and devastated. She felt broken. "No Caden please. I wasn't mean to hurt you. I-I swear". "Serena,my family and friends and even myself doesn't even know how dangerous you are". Serena's eyes turned even redder and tears came spilling from her eyes.
At Serena's house,
Sobbing and rocking back and fourth, Serena was feeling devastated. It felt like her heart ached every time it beat. Soon forms of blood streamed down her face. She looked very pale. She didn't wanna be with anyone but Caden. Something about Caden just made her feel like he's the one.
"Serena! It's me Xander!" Xander was Serena's half brother. Serena wipped her bloody tears. She opened the door. "Hey what's wrong Serena?" he asked. Serena sniffed and lied,"I was just watching a sad movie. You know how sensitive I am Xander" Serena faked smiled. Xander shrugged. "Never noticed that about you but alright". Serena rolled her eyes.
That night
"Well I better be going home now". Xander said as he got up from the couch. Serena bit her lips. She didn't want to be alone. "Oh well alright". She said while trying not to sound sad. Xander smiled. "Love you Serena. Goodnight" and with that,Xander left. Serena huddled in a ball and cried some more but there seemed to be more tears then the first time.
At Caden's house.
Caden looked at his phone,seeing a picture of Serena and him. Two tears spilled from his eyes but he quickly wipped them away. He really missed Serena.
