Household Challenge Winners

So, now that you've tortured me with your talents, here are the winners of the #household 'mug' challenge.

In joint third place (which is cheating slightly but I don't care :)

@Delilah with 'Ugly Mug' which I thought was hilarious and told the tale of one of my personal bugbears.

and @HeatherAnne with 'Revered' who summed up so well how I feel about the joy of hot drinks.

In second place with a piece I just wished was true is @leelee101 with 'Mug Tree' which reminds me of a tv program which had a tree which grew exciting different things each week (there was a clockwork owl also- anyone remember it?!)

Today's winner with a really sweet and romantic piece which gave me pleasant flashbacks to A-Level English Lit is:

@eddie12309 with 'The Coffee Shop'

Enjoy!!!

@Clairabethy

I'm excited by little things, like shiny plastic and new friends. I go to the beach in winter.

@Clairbethy were you thinking about The Far Away Tree?.

@RichWithey there was one, but there was a children's program with one too- I googled it, it was called 'Greenclaws' it was in the 80's though (showing my age!)

@Clairabethy got your username wrong... oops.

@blindsilence I loved the magic far away tree also!

Can you do another contest? :) I'd really like to enter one :D

Trees and stories, can't go wrong. I can't remember greenclaws though.

Go @eddie12309! Good choice ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜˜

@blindsilence it was a loooong time ago. Before the Internet probably! I agree though, trees and stories are fab- I loved the tree in Swiss Family Robinson!

@madhatter because @Eddie1309 is the winner, she will pick the text household object people can write about. If you look at her profile, hopefully she'll have it up sometime today. Good

Luck!

Ah, yes, that was a great tree! @Clairabethy

Oh wow. Thank you. That's made my day. I'll have to think of something now. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Cities of Gold was one of my faves, but I loved the A-Team and Knightrider too!

@RichWithey I've found it on Youtube, time has not been kind:)

I think you should for precisely that reason:) I still love the idea it had of a different kind of plant each week. The one I saw had a hot soup plant. Gotta love a hot soup plant! ๐Ÿต

Congrats to @leelee101 @HeatherAnne and @eddie12309 ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ˜ฝ
