If

If you died tomorrow,
What would you do today?
For some would build a coffin,
While others go out and play,

If the world was ending,
And you were saying your last goodbyes,
Who would you say farewell to?
Close friends or family ties?

If the sun went black as night,
And vision was completely gone,
Who would you huddle by?
Would you sit in the dark or run?

If it just wouldn't stop raining,
Like some biblical nonsense or so on,
What would be your instinct?
Would you cry or find something to float on?

If you died tomorrow,
What would you do today?
For some would build a coffin,
While others go out and play.

Past And The Future

I am the past and the future. I wonder whether people ever wanted to go back to the past, And change whatever they regret. I hear cries and laughter, I see curiosity is people's minds.

As I Sit

As I sit, I watch and learn, About myself and life in turn. I see so clear, What I thought I knew, That truth is not always true. As I sit, The world goes by, No thought of me, alone I cry.

Can You…

I'm right here. Where are you. I know my place. Do you. I'm talking. Are you listening. I'm hearing. Are you talking. I'm believing. Can you. We are the same. Humans alike. My mind is mine.

As The Time Goes

When the sun dies The old clock stops When nothing's alive When I'm feeling alone No stars on the sky When my tears begin to drop.

Behind The Surface

A poem I wrote two years ago that I love. Got me an honorable mention in a poetry contest. Enjoy!. Behind the surface, under the covers, is another world much unlike the others.

When

When did lying come so easy. Second nature to wear a mask. When did we Collectively Amount to this, I ask. When did hurting come so quickly As a flash of fist or tongue.
