Smells Like Teen Spirit (Chapter 7)

I was sitting in the park in the grass. It has been 2 days since the accident and I just came from the hospital. I stopped to see Becca. She has to stay at the hospital for 2 weeks because last night one of her lungs collapsed while she was sleeping. She has also been having nightmares. So, that's why I'm at the park. I'm crying my eyes out. I don't know what to do. I'm so scared. I hope she'll be ok. I jumped. Someone tapped me on the shoulder. I turned around and looked to see a gorgeous, tall, thin guy with black Emo hair.
"What's wrong?" he asked.
"oh..um sorry. I probably look pathetic right now. I'm just going to go."
"No, it's fine. I was just wondering what happened."
"To tell you the truth, my friend is in the hospital and I'm so scared. She got in a car accident. She has to stay in the hospital for 2 weeks. I'm afraid she isn't going to be alright." I whimpered. Surprisingly, he wrapped his arms around me. I leaned back into his arms. I felt safe for once, I felt secure, he made me feel better. He let go of me all to soon.
"Are you better now?" He asked.
"Much." I replied. He chuckled at my reply.
"Want to exchange numbers?" He asked.
"Sure." I answered. I gave him my phone and he gave me his phone and I typed in my number while he typed his number into my phone. We exchanged back phones and I put mine away.
"Well it was nice meeting you. I should get going now." He smiled. Dang his smile is gorgeous, I thought.
"Yeah, you too." I smiled back, hoping I didn't look like a freak. I watched him walk away and then I got up and started on my way home. When I got home,I laid down for a while thinking of the days events. I was startled out of my thoughts when my Mom walked in and I saw something I never expected.....
