I've got a bad case of Emptyhead;
The mice in my brain must all be dead.
As old man Methuselah aptly said
'Nothing's worse than a case of Emptyhead.'
Well, really I'm rather making that up,
There's nothing like silly fictional muck.
I thought it might bring me a bit of luck
And now I fear I'm a little bit stuck
Now that my brain has run away.
I'm training so that I might catch it some day.
'Could you please slow down a bit?' 'If I may.'
Oh me, oh my, I say, I say.
I've got a bad case of Emptyhead;
It's just getting worse so I'm going to bed
To dream up some sloths and pavlova instead
Of suffering from Emptyhead.
