Carpe Diem?

Do we have a fate?
A life set out,
Do we have a destiny,
That He may shout?
Is there a path?
To follow its wind,
Is there a certainty,
Or a definite kind?

Are we just travellers?
Born to our roads?
Living a-lonely,
Lives just as odes?
Is there no destiny?
Just what we may choose,
A life without onlookers,
Just stark lies and truths?

Two sides of the spectrum,
A fate or a lie,
Two sides of a spectrum,
Life can be shy.

On thing to believe,
Is to seize life by arms,
Life is what it is,
Despite "fate"'s unruly charms.

Just A Memory

Isn't it sad. We all vanish… We all die… It's sad. We decease a Grim's banish… Lost souls in the sky. What about the living. We lose our friends… We lose family… Grim's gift giving… It never ends.

Somewhere between love and hate. Somewhere between peace and violence. Between random and fate. Between anger and calm. Somewhere between the ocean and the land. Between safety and harm.

Why Ask Why?

Searching for a meaning when there's none to be found. Struggling to survive till you're six feet under the ground. There's more to life than figuring out what's in death.
