I stand in awe of the flourished forest
The beauty around is at its most purist
From the plant life surrounding, and the animals scurrying
The only words I could say is that it's completely amazing
There is no disturbance, no disruption here
Just the sounds of pure nature, which I hold so dear
It's with great pride that I can behold something so sacred
Yet I'm at the tips of my toes, in fear of leaving it tainted
I come to a rock, and sit there in awe
As the squirrels start to swing, and the birds start their call
The deer go their way, with nothing at stake
Even the fish seem to jump from the nearby lake
I wish time would just pause, let me cherish this longer
But alas it does not, and I must not linger
So now I pay adieu, and until then I live off the moments
That I had come across in the flourished forest
