A Sign From God

It was a sign from God,
I tell myself over and over,
He saw I was in need,
So He came and gave me cover.

I had a date with a boy,
Planned out for this afternoon,
I was going to tell him that,
Him and me wouldn't be going out anytime soon.

But it snowed like crazy yesterday,
And as a result the date was canceled,
I thought that he shouldn't be my bf,
But this sign from god got my mind pulled.

I now know I have Gods blessing,
Because He stopped me from,
Crushing that boys heart,
Now I'll be his gf till kingdom come.

Or a least until I get,
Another sign from God,
Telling me to date someone else,
Me and God are like peas in a pod.

Whenever Him and me meet,
And He shows me a new sign,
My life becomes very sweet,
And everything's just fine.
