As I'm reading these words,
Wolves prowl around me in herds.
I'm living in a paradise one day,
Then I'm at a masked ball,
dancing the night away.
I see an angel falling from the sky,
A beautiful fairy flittering by.
There's a gleaming jade dragon flying into the dark,
A huge ice giant, cold, white, stark.
Now I'm in a library lost in a world of magical beings,
There's a dangerous mermaid, and a griffin with golden wings.
It's summer at the the beach, then I'm standing in leaves,
There's colors painted, in the tree eaves.
Now I'm gazing at a rainbow of colors,
Then a fireworks; those colorful cracklers.
I can't take the heat in a desert so warm,
But now I'm leaving, just to be transported into a storm.
I see Greek gods and goddesses so vividly,
Now I'm floating in space, Saturn, Venus, Mercury.
These words I'm reading are written by no other than this,
The brilliant, talented, Word Artist.
Dedicated to Lucy (a.k.a. blacknova), whose words are magical.
