I'm sorry to rant but plastic surgery doesn't solve anything. If she was insecure before hand think of how insecure she'll be now knowing that its only her looks that get her attention...
I have big ears, I'm not afraid to say it, my feet turn inwards and I can't walk in a straight line and I get worse things said to me then "dumbo"
Just take a step back to see what this teaches people
If you're bullied, change to suit what they want, that's how to solve it!
The problem here Is the bullies, not her ears.
The bullying should be addressed not her ears.
