Lightning cracks from hand to hand,
A shockwave ripples through the land,
A spark of light, a flame of white,
That blazes ice throughout the night.
A wake of heat, a scorch of sound,
A storm of thunder flashes round,
A glow of blue that shocks the mind,
A lash of sun that leaves you blind.
A start of blood, a shock of bone,
A charging wake of ashen stone,
A blur of flame, igniting time,
And sending shivers up the spine.
A gale wind of lightning strike,
A forceful hurl of the spike,
A sentence, turns the tongue cold, sour,
Conjured at the whim of power.
