Trees

Trees are very curious things,
Its hard to know where trunk ends and branch begins.

Trees, trees, all green and brown,
Stretching up from the ground.

Trees, trees, all knarled and old,
Standing strong through hot and cold.

Trees, trees, flowers in bloom,
Fruit will be there soon.

Trees, trees, my shelter, my home,
Only you comfort me when I'm alone.

Weeping Willow

How I love the Weeping Willow tree. Its branches gently fold over. As though it's trying to kiss the ground. There are so many branches. Like a giant green Octopus. Swaying softly in the breeze.

The Delicate Orchid

It's delicate arms and soft colours. A picture from nature, it's beauty captured in a single petal. Striking colours, a feast for the eyes. Thoughts of warmer climates.

Cool summer breeze soothing my face. Walking through the forest my favourite place. No noise no people just me and the birds. Mind empties of worries and fills with words.

Willow Tree

Willow willow tree. Your hairlike branches sway. Tickling my nose. And making me sneeze. Willow willow tree. Your soft rasping. As your branches touch. Are a lullaby to my ears. Willow willow tree.

Nature Sensed

@Emma_33 #poem. I sat and watched. As a spider spun its web of beauty. The most wonderful sight. I'm ever likely to see. I laid and listened. As the thunder roared and the rain crashed down.

The Tree Of Beauty

Standing so proud and imposing. Nature, all around you is beautifully boasting. Legendary are you. The decades that passed you by, have flew. Charmingly ancient and grand.

In The Forest

In the forest when I look at the sky, it looks like a five year old scribbled black ink over the azure sky.
