Standing so proud and imposing
Nature, all around you is beautifully boasting

Legendary are you
The decades that passed you by, have flew

Charmingly ancient and grand
I pass you everyday, I just stare and stand

Your trunk, the core of all
Each branch, tells a tale so very tall

They reach out and into the wind
Like graceful, knowledgeable limbs

The moss, is a thick vibrant green
The most attractive you have ever seen

You wear it like a velvet coat
It's so striking, I want to give it a stroke

Enchanting is what you are
To me you are close by, not very far

I'm drawn to my mystical tree
The Tree Of Beauty is drawn to me

I can totally relate to this some of the old trees that I see in the parks here are so majestic I always think about the changes they've seen etc i thought I was odd lol my friends are like "yeah Sienna whatever" πŸ˜‚πŸ‘πŸ˜

@sjw ...where I live is in a valley...I'm at the top but down below is a lake with a small wooded area...this tree sits by traffic lights up the hill to my house so I see it most days and it truly is magnificent...I have a thing for weeping willows too so you are in good company my sweet, most of my friends would be "oh Kim, get a life"...πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

@sjw I'm lucky where I live as there are lots of stunning places...lakes and riverside walks...common land...the only thing I wish I was nearer to was the sea...but you can't have it all I suppose! πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜πŸƒπŸπŸ‚πŸŒ…β›Ί
