Happy New Year- Goodnight

I sit on the couch waiting for the countdown,
So impatient I pull a frown,
Five... Four.... Three.. Two ..... One!
Everybody bursts their party poppers and has some fun!
The firework show on BBC,
Was the most amazing thing I ever did see.
Bursting full of colours an light,
But it gave more poor doggie a fright.
Lifting up the drinks and kissing each individual,
Smiling was the most important rule.
We survived yet a another year,
So wipe away all your fears!
The clock has now past midnight,
And I can now say happy new year and goodnight!
