Risking Candles

Where should you put the candle?
Well, isn't that obvious?
Find the darkest part of the room,
Place it there,
And watch it crawl across the walls,
Spreading it's light.

And should the room catch fire,
Then let it burn,
For destruction,
Is creation in it's purist form,
And fire butchers darkness,
Which was the point in the first place, wasn't it?

The same goes for a chance of the heart,
Realise your darkest elements,
And let somebody kindle a candle there,
Should a fire catch,
You'll be the luckiest alive.

But beware,
As should the candle expire,
A darker darkness will parade in it's wake.

Jack, do you want to know. Do you want to know a secret. A secret told by a little boy. A little boy called Life, sitting. Sitting in a field I know, sleeping. Sleeping in a wild flower meadow.

Cloud

I'm not the cloud with the silver lining. I'm not the cloud that's loved by sun. I'm the cloud that's there at night. I'm the cloud that's purpose is done. I'm not the cloud that gives you shade.
