Movement

To like something is one thing. To be moved by another is entirely different. To lose yourself in whatever that thing may be can make your day - you forget your worries, troubles, life and just live out the thing for as long as it lasts. Take pleasure in that fact that that thing is you and you are it, and don't hide from it. Come back to it as often as you can, each time remembering yourself anew - remembering what you can be when the thing is there to be lost in. I know this is vague, but this how I feel when, after a long day, going onto Opuss can feel.
